First Time Visit

We very much enjoyed the accommodations for our short visit to Cedar Key. The location of this unit is perfect for the sunset view and within walking distance of 2nd Street.

Back to Cedar Key

We were anxious to see Cedar Key after the hurricanes. Our stay at Whitman Point gave us a great place to base out of during our month long stay. While Cedar Key is still recovering, we were treated to beautiful sunsets and could easily walk to our favorite

Water views in quaint, quiet town

Great view of the water with access to dock. Great sunset. Cedar Key is a quiet community with quaint downtown and nice restaurants plus variety of water activities. Nice weekend or week getaway.

CK Whitman's Point

The property was exactly as represented. The location was great and enjoyed a "townhouse" feel vs. condo feel.McCormick was quick to respond to any issues.Looking forward to 2026.

Charming Cedar Key Getaway

Clean, quaint, and quiet. Includes a lovely view and convenient access to the water including a private dock. Owners were prompt and thorough with their communication. A perfect little weekend getaway spot for a couple or small group of friends.

Cedar Key Getaway

House was just as described. Great location! We tried the local restaurants, took a boat tour, and rented a golf cart. We also took a bike ride and was able to kayak right from the house. You do have to take your kayak down stairs to get to the sand to launch. We had a great stay!

Great place!

We came down on our motorcycles and enjoyed the property having a garage for our use. The place was great and it was wonderful to see the Gulf and enjoy the sunset from the dock. Will come back.

Stairs we difficult to navigate. For seniors.

Everything was tastefully decorated and furnished. Only thing we didn’t really like were the 3 levels and kitchen and living area on second floor. Everything else including location was excellent. Manager company was not overly informative about suggesting places to see.

First time staying in Cedar Key….

Wonderful experience brought back wonderful memories of days gone by in PCB & surrounding beaches in the panhandle of Florida. Hope things stay as they r in Cedar Key. My husband & I loved the view from the townhouse, the bed was very comfortable, loved watching the dolphins & also seen a couple of pink flamingos. We never cooked we tried out the restaurants Steamers a couple of times great food, of course came home with a case of Tony’s clam chowder, great view & and good food at 29 N 83 West, pretty much can’t go wrong with any of the breakfast spots…looking forward to coming back in the fall. Thanks for the stay at your townhouse.

This is a very nice condo in an excellent location. However, the central air system leaked. The window air conditioning system in the second bedroom over the garage did not work, and this room had no ventilation from the main air conditioning system. So our 2 adult children who slept in that room had no air or ventilation system. The dishwasher did not work. The maintenance personnel came out a couple of times to repair it, yet with no success.

Greatly enjoyed our stay! Our unit was clean, very comfortable, fully appointed, quiet with good views of the water from the two screened in porches. Katie and Adam of McCormick Management were excellent communicators. We were newbies to Cedar Key. Our stay left us wanting to return to this quaint island before we reached our home in Jacksonville 😊

Cedar Key mini vacation

Renting thru VRBO was easy and accurate from the description of the property , to the pictures of the most amazing views of the gulf! My hubby and both sons loved it as much as I did ! Great time!

Spacious and relaxing

This was a great place for 5 family members to gather and visit Cedar Key. LOVED the dock! Spacious bedrooms too. So much to like about this place!
