“The couple running the place were helpful with any requests such as towels etc. The room itself is very small with an air conditioning unit that is set to arctic with no ability to change the temperature, the shower has no closure so the small bathroom is wet and the floor gets dirty very easily with no way to clean it (possibly may have been dirty to start with) Location is great, right next to the main street”

“Filthy and completely unacceptable. Do not stay here. This place looks nothing like the photos. I understand older style motels, but there's no excuse for the level of filth here, old can still be clean, and this absolutely wasn't. The room clearly hasn't had a proper clean in a long time. There was heavy build up of grime and dust around the base of the toilet, and the shower hadn't been cleaned at all, hair throughout the recess and visible grime in the grout. “The facilities arr quite good. The pool looked clean (didn't use it) the bedding was crisp and clean and the room had good provisions (decent size tv, kettle, fridge, microwave). The room is due for a reno. There was paint peeling from the roof, bathroom sink had a few rust stains and the room door had some dodgey repairs in it. Having said that, you have to take into account the price you pay and the star rating of the hotel. I would have no problem staying here again”

“Very comfortable, clean modern cabin with all utilities needed. Great to see indoor and outdoor swimming options. East walk to the Tavern for dinner and to FoodWorks supermarket for top up supplies. Nice quiet stay on our journey home. ”
