Exactly as described! House looks very little from the outside which was deceiving, was very spacious and plenty of room for 6 adults. Back yard was a hidden gem! The upstairs fuse blew at 11:30 at night, so there was no power (of course because we just came in from my sons wedding); reached out to the owners who responded within 10” and we were quickly able to resolve the situation. Location is close to everything. 10

Great property

Club Cozy had everything we needed for our family weekend in Cedar Rapids. The house was the perfect amount of space for us and the kids, they really loved the movie room downstairs and the backyard. The location was really convenient and made it easy to get around the city and the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Our hosts were super easy to work with and gave clear instructions about their place. Thanks for sharing your home with us, we would definitely stay again again when back in Iowa.

Perfect girls weekend getaway

We absolutely loved this cozy spot. Plenty of spaces to connect with each other surrounded by beautiful decor. The extra touches were appreciated. Extremely easy to check-in and check-out. Hosts were great to work with and were quick to answer any questions. Would definitely stay here again!!

Home away from home

This property is well designed for a delightful family or close friend reunion. It had dedicated spaces for eating, sleeping, communal areas for watching movies, playing games or just visiting. The kitchen is well stocked with basic appliances and cookware. The backyard is a delight! This property is conveniently located to Cedar Rapids attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect!

Our family stayed here for the weekend while in town celebrating my son’s college graduation. The location was perfect, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The property was wonderful. Beautifully decorated, clean, accommodating and lots of little touches. They thought of everything! The backyard space could not have been better. Several spaces to relax and hang out, space to play cornhole and a fire pit. We will most likely be back in the area over the next several years and hope to stay here again.

Girls getaway

This was our second stay here for our girls weekend. We love the home and are so comfortable there it’s sometimes hard to leave! Plenty of space and a fully stocked kitchen make it even harder. It’s beautifully decorated and thoughtfully laid out. I’m sure we’ll be back again!

Great time to celebrate a graduate

We had a great stay with several family members to celebrate a college graduation. The place is completely stocked with everything you need, very clean, and the outside patio is fantastic. We would definitely stay again. Everything was great.

Club Cozy was just what we needed

Cute, clean and cozy. My family stayed here for a weekend and it was the perfect location. Very inviting and lots of cute touches. Owners were great and very communicative - they even were able to let us in for early check-in.

Wonderful property

The house was perfect! There were only 4 of us but there would have been plenty of room for more. The hosts were accommodating, providing snacks, water, and coffee. Everything we needed to get started. It was clean and beautifully decorated and in a nice neighborhood. We would stay there again and highly recommend the property for your next trip to Cedar Rapids!

Adorable, comfortable place - you won't want to leave!

From the minute we stepped in my friends and I fell in love with this house! It was perfectly outfitted with everything we would need. So perfect in fact, we found it hard to leave on an especially rainy day during our stay. We'll be back!
