“I stay at a lot of hotels for work and this Holiday Inn was simply outstanding! It was clean, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing. During our stay the battery on our car died. When I asked the manager if she had any jumper cables she not only offered cables but personally jumped our car off saving us time. This hotel is top notch in every way! Jim from Nashville! ”

“The hotel is comfortable and clean, understaffed same person serves as frontdesk and restaurant cashier, service is not bad, but it is not good either. My reservation was for 5 days with breakfast included and they charged me for breakfast, also housekeeping will not clean the room everyday even if you want it to be cleaned and the frontdesk answer is there is no one to do it very weird not customer centric, would recommend if there is no other choice, but would avoid if possible.”
