“When we arrived the water pipes were frozen and there was no water or heat. We contacted owner who had us contact a local person to help. This person told us we needed to find somewhere else to stay. I tried to contact the owner again but was unsuccessful. I would like to get a refund.”

“We reserved this place to stay for my dads memorial service in Dexter. The listing shows it sleeps 10 which is far from true. There were only 7 beds. 1 queen, and 6 twins! The listing breakout showed 4 bedrooms and futons/sleep sofas in the common area. When we arrived, we found 3 rooms upstairs containing the beds. No futons/sleep sofas where to be found anywhere. “Great Labor Day vacation with 3 generations. We caught tons of Fish, loved the seclusion and had an excellent dinner in town at Hiltop. BRING your own bait/tackle! There was very little found in town. Before we left the grown up kids were asking if we could come back because they loved the place so much! Thank you!”
