“We were a group of eight visiting the area to attend our son’s graduation from Berry College and the location was perfect; an easy 45 minute drive, well worth it to spend the majority of our time relaxing by the lake. The layout of the house provided both privacy and family gathering space. We especially enjoyed the outdoor seating and the large table space for meals and games. The upstairs area was wonderful for our kids to hang out and they loved the kayaks! David and Michelle were wonderful...

Plenty of room for us all to be together comfortably inside and out! One person needed the chairlift due to knee issues. That was a bonus!”

“Let me start by saying this house was amazing! The layout was great. The house itself was brand new with all new appliances. Awesome hot tub on the back porch. On the cooler evening it was great to relax in. Ping-pong, basketball and a video game in the garage. Bedroom are very spacious. Especially the primary bedroom. Massive walking closet and its own full bathroom. I have more work to do in Rome here soon. I will definitely be coming back to stay here. Highly recommend giving this house...

“The inside of the house was beautiful, spacious, and well-stocked with supplies. It was adequately clean, and I loved all the upgrades around the home and the decor. There were several areas to hang out inside and outside the home, and there was a pretty country view out back. The yard could have used some maintenance especially since its a pet friendly property. A large part of the fence was wire, which would not have been a problem for us if there were not two Great Pyrenees at the neighbors...

“One bedroom had a big patch job on the ceiling that wasn’t finished/painted. One of the three beds didn’t have support underneath it and was quite uncomfortable. Advertised as having a grill - we didn’t see a grill anywhere and kitchen was bare minimum, no potholders which made it hard to get anything out of the oven. Other than that it was just OK.”
