  • It is an extremely relaxing experience sunbathing on our terrace while
    admiring the stunning panoramic view of the Norman city below. Bright penthouse in a quiet and tranquil area. Ideal and convenient location to avoid traffic; our property is easily accessible from the city center by foot using the underpass. Suitable for families and for couples. Includes all essential to make your stay as comfortable as possible: air conditioner in every room, washing machine, wifi, digital tv. Parking space is also included.
    N.B
    Bedlinen and towels: 10 euro each person and final cleaning 50 euro if the stay Is less one week. Tax of city is 2 euro each person until 5 days

Unbeatable views! Absolutely stunning during both the day & night! It’s about a 10-15 min walk to the historic area or beach. Luca was wonderful to work with!

Luca est un super hôte, très accommodant ! Dès son notre arrivé il s’est montré disponible, et nous a guider au travers de notre séjour. L’emplacement est exceptionnel. On bénéficie de la belle vue, sans être directement dans la foule. Tout est accessible à pied. Vraiment un incroyable séjour chez Luca

Had a wonderful stay in Cefalu! Luca is an amazing host who picked us up and dropped us off at the train station! He gave many recommendations on places to eat and things to do! The place is very spacious and clean, and has the most amazing balcony! Would definitely stay again :)

This condo (penthouse in our opinion) was exactly as shown! The deck was THE highlight and the views were incredible. Luca and Stefano were available on demand and made sure we had everything we needed! Just a short walk to old Towne, the beach and the Duomo made our 4 night stay remarkable. Highly recommend.

Alloggio che porteremo nel cuore!! ♥️ Casa pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort riportati nella descrizione della struttura e foto corrispondenti al vero. Vicina al centro e alla spiaggia (10 minuti a piedi); seppur il rientro a casa è in salita, la vista dal terrazzo è così meravigliosa che ne vale la sudata. Quel terrazzo ci ha regalato delle cenette in amicizia/delle grigliate/una vista delle stelle dalle sdraio e dell’amaca meravigliosa!!!! Luca e Stefano persone squisite e preparate; Luca ci ha fatto scoprire le bellezze e la storia di Cefalù attraverso un tour della città molto piacevole, consigliandoci anche dove poter mangiare bene spendendo il giusto. Insomma voto 10 e lode! Alla prossima e grazie di tutto, e’ stato un piacere sincero conoscervi ❤️

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the old town, an easy walk from the apartment, and several walks up the Rocca to the castle.

Luca was very helpful and friendly, great host! The apartmant is beautiful and cozy, more than on the pictures! Well equipped kitchen, you have everything you need for making breakfast, or dinner. The bed is so comfortable with a view that you don't want to use the shader! Huge and lovely terrace with stunning view! We had amazing days there, and definitely we we'll come back!!

We cannot thank our host enough for his hospitality and helpfulness. Prior to our trip they were very responsive and arranged for his brother to collect us from the train station. Our host greeted us at the apartment to show us around and gave some great recommendations for sightseeing, local shopping and restaurants.The apartment was spotless and had every home comfort we needed and has the most incredible view of the sea and Cefalu town. The view of the sun set is incredible. Both our host and his brother were so friendly and accommodating, including taking us back to the train station.Cefalu is absolutely stunning and about 15min walk away, with so many great places to eat including Pasta e Pasti and Tinchite. We recommend the walk up to the Temple of Diana and a boat trip with Sea Land tours who were just brilliant. We highly recommend this home for a stay in Cefalu.

This was honestly the best Vrbo we’ve stayed in! The panoramic views were absolutely stunning and we genuinely never got tired of them, easily the best spot in Cefalù to watch the sunset. We went swimming every day and loved coming back in the evenings to relax looking out over the town and sea. We really didn’t want to leave by the end of the trip.The apartment itself was spotless, really comfortable, perfectly kitted out, and had everything we needed. The location was peaceful and quiet while still being an easy walk into town.Luca was a fantastic host from start to finish and gave us some brilliant recommendations for restaurants, and places to visit. His brother Stefano also kindly collected us from the train station which was such a nice touch. We were also really thankful for the flexibility with checkout which really made our last day.Couldn’t recommend this place more highly!!

The apartment is modern and well kept. The views from the terrace are spectacular and really made this place stand out. Both Luca and Stefano were welcoming and helpful and we could not recommend this place enough.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Luca empfangen mit vielen Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt und Citrusfrüchten aus seinem Garten. Auch im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation mit ihm problemlos. Die Wohnung besticht durch ihren atemberaubenden Blick von der Terrasse, von wo aus man die Stadt und die Umgebung in jede Richtung bewundern kann. Auch ansonsten bietet die Wohnung durch ihre hervorragende Ausstattung alles, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und würden gerne dorthin zurückkehren.
