The house features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed (standard Italian size), one double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. The furnishings are practical and well cared for. Bed linen and towels are provided.



Air conditioning and a ceiling fan ensure comfort even during the hottest months. Amenities include a TV, safe, private parking, laundry room with washing machine, ironing board, and iron. The house is pet-friendly—your four-legged friend is welcome.
