Villa Respiro is a charming holiday home located just a short drive from Cefalù, famous for its picturesque medieval center, excellent restaurants, shops, and long sandy beach. Accommodating up to 8 guests, the villa comprises an elegant stone main building and two wooden-clad annexes. One annex features a double bedroom, while the other offers two double bedrooms, all with stunning views of the sea and mountains.



The main stone villa includes a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area designed for 6 people. Although the property can host up to 8 guests, we recommend renting it to a maximum of 4 guests during the low season (from April to May 4th, and throughout October) as the indoor space may feel less comfortable for larger groups during cooler months.



The villa's modern yet relaxed style features whitewashed wooden beams and neutral tones, providing a serene setting for simple, contemporary furnishings—perfect for a laid-back holiday in the sun. Designed for outdoor living, Villa Respiro boasts an outdoor kitchen, a spacious covered terrace with a dining table, and a private lawned garden. With a refreshing pool and breathtaking surroundings, this villa is the ideal retreat for a relaxing getaway.

Main House: Open-space living with kitchen and dining for 4 persons, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Grounds:

The immediate area surrounding the villa features soft lawn, while the rest of the grounds are typically terraced with low stone walls and olive trees. Outdoor living is centered around the large terrace that surrounds the house. One section offers a comfortable living area with armchairs and a sofa, while on the opposite side, you'll find the expansive outdoor kitchen, complete with a stone oven for making pizza. The large dining area for 10 guests is shaded by a beautiful cover with whitewashed beams. Please note that photos were taken in spring, so flower blossoming and the colors of the garden's grass may differ at the time of your arrival.



Swimming Pool:

The pool measures 4m x 4m and is 1.5m deep, complete with sunbeds on its deck. The pool is open from May 1st to October 31st.

Villa Respiro is nestled in a quiet residential area above Cefalù, offering a peaceful retreat while remaining close to local amenities. The small village of Sant'Ambrogio is just 3 km away, where you'll find a bar, pizzeria, a couple of restaurants, a wine shop, and a mini-market. The charming town of Cefalù, known for its wide selection of beach clubs, bars, restaurants, shops, banks, and chemists, is approximately 8 km from the villa.
