“Amazing location”

“We had an amazing stay here. The rooms were lovely and the beds very comfortable. We loved the suite with its living area and the breakfast was delicious. The hosts could not have done more. So friendly and helpful. They also had lots of games and toys and a garden which were great for the kids. ”

“Good rooms. Great restaurant onsite where I ate every evening. On my 1st day, I arrived past 9pm when kitchen was already closing but they still made me food which was nice. Location is not in the center of the town but this should obvious to anyone by looking at the map. The hotel is close to some nice hiking trails. Great place to rest after exploring Wales.”

However, when I arrived for breakfast on the morning, I was told that only a continental breakfast was included, and that I would have to pay extra for a full breakfast. This was very misleading, as one of the main reasons I booked this stay was because I believed breakfast was included as stated in the booking. “The owner: The owner got annoyed at me for not reading a message I did not get because he sent it to the wrong person. He then got more annoyed that he didn't have the right number for me because he mixed me up with a different lodger. He then got even more annoyed at us because we where in the wrong room (he gave us the keys and told us the room number for those keys) The room: The room has a nice view if you stand on a chair. “Good location in beautiful scenery not far from some walks. On a main road but it was completely silent at night. Suite was lovely and bigger than expected, with beautiful views, and a very modern bathroom with a fab shower. The bed did have a weird slope to it though which put our feet higher than our heads! Food in the pub at dinner time was expensive and average, although breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Enjoyed our stay very much. ”
