“Started off really well. One of the people from The Crown (which is part of the same group and does amazing food? spotted us walking through town and came and helped us get in the front door. Went downhill from there. The room smelt of cigarettes when we arrive and there were burns in the carpet. The bathroom was filthy. “Cottage was in a beautiful setting, peaceful and rural. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Hot tub was perfect. Beds were ridiculously comfy and with the peace and quiet we slept like logs! Tracey the owner was friendly and welcoming and gave us lots of helpful information about the area. And we even had a fabulous welcome from Bella the puppy! We will definitely come back and recommend it to others.”

“The local church is lovely and worth a visit. Good walks on Offa's Dyke's path. The property would suit a book fanatic as the place is full of expensive first edition copies and cobwebs! Barking dogs at night from a nearby property kept us awake. Otherwise ok. ”
