Welcome to Rainbow (Unit #5) at The Rainforest House—a bright, nature-inspired retreat in Ceiba designed for those seeking a light, uplifting stay and a connection to Puerto Rico’s lush surroundings. Set near El Yunque National Forest, this space offers easy access to waterfalls, jungle trails, and nearby beaches.

The Rainforest House is a private multi-unit estate. If Rainbow is booked or you’re traveling with others, inquire about reserving additional units—or the full property—for a connected yet private rainforest experience.

This apartment features a queen bed within a bright, open layout designed for rest and simplicity. A Smart TV (Netflix) and record player are positioned near the bed for relaxed evenings. A dining area seats up to four and can also function as a workspace.

The kitchenette is equipped with dining ware, cooking essentials, a stove, sink, fridge with freezer, microwave, and a drip coffee maker—ideal for light meals and daily routines. The living area includes a queen sofa bed with an additional TV adjacent, offering extra space for lounging or sleeping.

Getting around Ceiba is easiest by car, with free on-site parking available. Uber is limited, so we recommend renting a car or arranging transport in advance.

The area is rural and not very walkable but offers easy access to nearby beaches, the ferry, and rainforest attractions.

➤ This property is pet-friendly. We welcome friendly, house-trained pets for a $75 fee per pet per night. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed, not exceeding 20 lbs each. Unapproved pets are subject to additional fees.

1. Cancellation Policy for Direct Booking Long-Term Reservations (30 days or more):

For reservations of 30 days or longer, a separate cancellation policy applies:

• Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
• A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations made 13 days or fewer before the scheduled check-in date.

2. Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival.

3. If you are local and / or under the age of 23 please notify us before making your reservation.

4. *In case of Safely insurance* We will charge a small, non-refundable damage waiver fee to cover any potential accidental property damage during your stay. This fee replaces the traditional security deposit.

5. We would like to inform you that for direct bookings, a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform`s cancellation policy.

6. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; please be respectful of the neighbors.

7. No parties or events allowed.

8. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.

9. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.

10. There cannot be more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any time. Violation may result in immediate removal of all guests without refund. Unauthorized guests exceeding the maximum occupancy will be charged $50 per night, per extra guest.

11. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them.

12. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in).

13. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place around the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property.

14. The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit or through the resolutions center.

15. This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:

• Please note that a $75 Pet fee will be applied per pet per night.
• Please disclose pets at the time of booking. All pets must be added to your reservation so the applicable pet fee can be applied.
• We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy.
• No more than ONE (1) pet, no larger than 20 pounds.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets.
• Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated (doggy doo-doo bags are provided).

16. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.

17. For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera.

18. Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation, for any reason, will be considered no-shows. No-shows are non-refundable, and no credits, reschedules, or exceptions will be provided under any circumstances.

19. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week.

20. A fee of $100 will be charged if the property key is lost, damaged, or not returned to the designated lockbox upon check-out. This fee covers key replacement and any necessary lockbox or security-related servicing.

21. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs.

22. If you were a previous/current guest and did not respect our house rules and our property, we have the right to decline your next reservation.
