This incredible immaculate air-conditioned house is perfect year-round for couples get away, friends escape or extended families with 2 master bedroom suites, one on each floor. Total of 6 bedrooms (2 King, 2 Queen, plus 2 bedrooms with 2 twins each: one of which converts to king) and 4 full bathrooms plus outside shower, linens included. There is also a full-sized futon, enabling sleeping space for up to 14 people. (2-night minimum off season)

The living room with flat screen TV and provided streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, HBO Max, Amazon Prime) will delight young and old. You will also find a media/playroom with futon, air hockey table, Nintendo Switch, flat screen TV, Wifi printer, plenty of games and books, as well as a second-floor deck overlooking the back yard.

In the basement you will find a regulation-size ping pong table.

Enjoy reading a book in the sunroom or relax out back in the hot tub (open year-round for your enjoyment) while your children play in the playhouse or in the driveway basketball area. The whole family will enjoy s'mores at the firepit (s'mores ingredients included for your convenience & enjoyment). Wood is provided next to the fire-pit for your use.

We include a temporary car beach pass for you to be able to enjoy any Barnstable/Hyannis town beach! Though, who would want to drive away from here when you can walk to Craigville Beach, Craigville General Store or the famous Craigville Mexican and Pizza? Want to stay in for dinner? A fully equipped stainless steel appliance kitchen with a large refrigerator as well as a gas grill on the deck will enable you to delight your taste buds. Gas grill is connected to the house-gas-line, so no need to worry about running out of propane!

If you want to venture to iconic downtown Hyannis, it is only about a 3-mile drive. There are many restaurants and shops for all ages, tastes, and price-points. You can also catch the ferry to Nantucket & Martha's Vineyard from Hyannis!

From April-October we provide seasonal ‘Oh Deer’ All-Natural Tick and Mosquito Control, safe for you, kids and pets! Enjoy the property during spraying, no need to go inside, shut windows or leave the property. You may notice a mint or lemongrass scent right after spraying. This is applied once a month.

The cleaning fee is an actual cost to us: While it may seem high at first glance, keep in mind that our cleaners are doing enhanced cleaning for 6 bedrooms, 6 common areas, 4 bathrooms. We pay our cleaners a living wage and with COVID19 enhanced cleaning they spend a long time, following strict protocols for your (and their) safety. We send all towels, sheets, mattress pads, duvet covers, pillow protectors, extra blankets and towels that are used to a professional laundry facility for extra cleaning protection. We also empty and refill the hot tub with fresh water, clean filter and bromine sanitizer, etc. for each guest visit.
