“Overall, it was a good stay. Communication with owner was good and she was quick to reply to all questions and concerns throughout the stay. The size of the place and amenities were perfect for what we needed. However, cleanliness could be greatly improved. “Great communication with property manager prior and during stay. Apartment was clean and well stocked with appliances, dishes, and assorted cooking supplies. We brought our Air fryer but there was one on property. Nice to have item. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Central location to all DTLA sites and easy walking to various restaurants and businesses. I would definitely rent this property again. Professional and friendly security at the front entrance. No issues at all. ”
