“Such a beautiful location! Like, absolutely gorgeous. Check-in was seamless and easy and we felt like we had everything we needed to have a great stay. The only thing I would say is that the water can be a little off tasting (old pipes will do that) so I would recommend buying some water for yourself beforehand if you’re a water snob like me. Otherwise perfect stay! Would definitely come here again. :)”

“We loved our stay at the octagon house! We rolled into the property later than anticipated on our arrival day, and the host came out to greet us and show us around the BEAUTIFUL property! “Perfect spot to enjoy all Ashland has to offer. We came to enjoy Shakespeare festival and visit friends. Didn’t need to use our car. “In general, the space was acceptable, but there were a number of issues. The inexpensive blinds did not create a completely private space (and one was broken). The silverware in the drawer appeared poorly cleaned. The wifi network was only available the first of the three-day stay, which made being there for a work trip quite difficult. Upon entering the space, there was a distasteful smell, which I believe was the use of a fragrance to cover up a moldy smell.”

I would never rate someone less because of that, just a different viewpoint on decor. Overall we were a few blocks from my son’s business and the Saturday market! Close to everything really.
