“We paid to heat the pool/ hot tub , but on arrival it was not heated at 4 pm. After our son worked for about an hour, it started heating and was great for the remaining 3 days. The coffee pot only brewed with grounds, so we bought a coffee pot to use. We did not have sheets for the pull out, so we went and bought sheets. Towels needed to be washed and dried a lot because 15 people go through many with pool and showers. Otherwise the house and pool were beautiful and it was a wonderful vacation...

“The hosts of this property charge exorbitant, sometimes undisclosed fees, (100 for sports equipment and 50 for unrequested firewood which they were reluctant to refund). Check-in was delayed 35 minutes due to an wrong door code and unresponsive customer service, forcing us to contact the host directly.Despite paying 300/night to heat he pool (we received a partial refund) it was freezing upon arrival.
