The Space:

This is a cozy, thoughtfully designed second-story apartment that blends comfort with a fun, unique vibe. While compact, the space is well laid out and fully equipped with everything you need—whether you’re in town for a quick getaway or a longer stay.



Enjoy a relaxing night in with the home theater setup, complete with a projector and classic-style popcorn machine, or unwind in a clean, comfortable space after exploring the area. It’s the perfect mix of convenience, style, and entertainment.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the entire Unit #305.



Please note this is an upstairs unit located on the left side of the building. Access is through a private entrance on the left side—not the main front door of the building. You’ll enter through a ground-level door with a keypad, which leads directly into your unit.



There are no shared interior spaces—everything inside is exclusively yours to enjoy during your stay.

Located in Centralia’s highly sought-after Historic Edison District, this charming neighborhood is known for its unique character and beautifully styled homes. Take a stroll down tree-lined streets filled with distinctive architecture, or enjoy a short walk to downtown. There, you’ll find a great mix of restaurants, bars, and the antique shops Centralia is famous for—perfect for a relaxed afternoon of exploring.



Getting Around:

This location is very walkable, with downtown Centralia just a few blocks away—making it easy to explore local restaurants, bars, and shops on foot.



If you’re planning to venture beyond downtown, having a car is recommended for convenience. There is free parking available nearby for guests.



Centralia is also accessible by train, with the Amtrak station located just a short drive or walk away, making it a great option for travelers coming from Seattle or Portland.



Other Things to Note:

This unit is the upstairs portion of a duplex. There will likely be another Airbnb guest staying in the unit below, so we ask that you please be mindful of noise during your stay.



Early Check-In Requests:

Early check-in may be available for $15 per hour, depending on availability. Our cleaning team often works up until the standard 4:00 PM check-in time, so all early check-ins must be approved and paid for by 8:00 PM the day before arrival. Available hours may vary.



Late Check-Out Requests:

Late check-out may be available for $15 per hour, depending on availability. Our cleaning team typically arrives at the standard 11:00 AM check-out time, so all late check-outs must be approved and paid for by 8:00 PM the day before departure. Available hours may vary.
