“What a great place to stay. We can’t say enough good things about Dawn or the home. It was as advertised, extremely clean, and exceptionally well prepared. Dawn was very helpful, gracious, and quick to respond! The toys and books in the kids room were a huge hit with my children, the outside activities were thoughtful and great as well. We enjoyed utilizing the waffle station every morning. This will definitely be the first place we look for any time we need a place to stay in State College....

“We rated our stay here all with "excellent" designations, not simply to move through the responses quickly, but to show genuine appreciation for every aspect of the home and its amenities. Everything was truly excellent!”

I could smell the fresh baked bread she greeted us with. She was very prompt to answer my questions. The neighborhood was very quiet and the people were friendly. I hope that the house is available again when my family is in the area.”

The beds were comfortable and the pillows were upgraded. We only slept and showered at the house and the bedrooms and...
