“Property is in a great location & easy to find. Owners were very responsive & accommodating to provide equipment that I should have (but didn’t) request in advance. We left a note regarding a couple of minor maintenance issues that the owners probably aren’t aware of as they don’t live there & aren’t really a big enough deal to report, but overall a great place to stay. Check in/check out is as easy as it gets!”

“Fabulous location, so close to everything and within walking distance to anything you need in town! There were 7 of us and more than enough room for everyone, with extra to spare. Tim, the host, was so responsive with all of the questions and enquiries I had, 5 stars! If you golf, you must make it happen, one of the best experiences I've ever had on a golf course, amazing! Coeur D'Alene is a must visit destination, we will definitely be back and renting the same house!”

Our host was most helpful and very quick to respond to pre-trip inquiries, everything worked as it should and we had the most amazing time with charmer as homebase. Easy drive to SilverWood and One Spokane Stadium too! I highly recommend staying here - We can't wait to book again!”

“This is the first time I’ve rented a property and not felt comfortable staying in it. We travel frequently to various cities and countries and I feel that while I have high expectations for general sanitation & appreciate a nice aesthetic, I can stay comfortably in most tropical locations that have musty smells, poor sanitation, etc. The property manager was amazing and responsive to our report that there was a bad smell (cat or human urine) in the carpeted stair entrance up to the apt.
