“Unhygienic breakfast and not very helpful staff nor friendly.”

“It's a good hotel with adequate and well-equipped rooms. The breakfast is satisfactory, and the location is perfect. It's a bit pricey compared to international chains, but again, the service is fine. The only thing I didn't like was the attitude of the young women at the front desk.”

“Scrumptiously clean room. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Perfect air conditioning. Very family friendly, and plenty of shops nearby. I highly recommend Hotel Heritage for my family and friends. Edward from Ohio”

“スタッフはセキュリティとレストラン含めてとても親切でした。 廊下にお水やコーヒーがあるのもありがたかったです。 設備に関しては部屋の横で工事をしていてうるさい、エレベーターがない(荷物は手伝ってもらえますが) ペンキ塗りたてなのか匂う、トイレの芳香剤が臭い。 ホテルは清潔ですが フェスティバルに合わせて4倍の値段をつけるのはやりすぎかなと思いました”

“In the said budget the Hotel was good. I was with family and found no worries. Mine was Premium room with two double beds. Sufficient size. Staff was helpful. You can have deliveries including food in your room too. The manager and the staff were good and helpful. Location wise it's good if you want to travel around in South Mumbai.”

“La india es otro concepto. El hotel era barato, sin embargo las fotos son mucho mejores que su verdadero estado. La ubicación esta mal por sus altededores, como todo en la india caotivo. El personal estuvo bien. Y el servicio internet gratuito.”

“Room was average”

The main problem for us was with the frontdesk staff blasting music over their phone speaker until 3:30 AM, we had to politely ask them if they could use their earphones at least 6 times but they did not seem to see the problem....anyhow if you are looking for a hotel to stay in this area the comfort inn is slightly more expensive...

“I had an extremely disappointing experience with my recent booking. After securing the property, I called the provided number to confirm my reservation, only to be met with confusion from the person on the line, who claimed to have no knowledge of Hotels.com. Despite sending my confirmation, I had to repeatedly follow up for a response, only to be informed that my originally booked unit was unavailable. They offered a supposedly 'similar' unit instead. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the unit...

“This Hotel does not honour the booking done through Hotels.com. In my case it was a confirmed booking and they simply refused that they didn’t have any such booking. I was appalled. I have sent the details to Hotels.com also.”
