“Everything went well. The internet worked as it should, rooms were clean, there are beverages, including beer, you can buy from the fridge on the first floor. “The staff was confused when I got there, could not find my booking which I paid for in full online with credit card. They were unaware that Expedia is associated with hotels.com. Also, upon arrival I had to pay an additional 1000 baht deposit for key. This was not mentioned online and is something the customer should be notified of.”
