We felt the hotel would benefit from an update if possible as access to the upetairs bedrooms is appalling, through part of the kifchen which also disperses kitchen smells upstairs. “Overall a good trip, all the staff are super friendly and the 2 issues I had with the room were sorted quickly. Bed was comfy and large, lots of space in room so didn't feel cramped in. Bath and shower both worked well. Only 2 negatives really, the sound proofing in the rooms is terrible, even though I was on the opersite side of the hotel to the main road I could hear road noise all the time. Our room was prepared by Lindsay, Jo & Sally and they did a remarkable job it was immaculate. Extremely comfortable king size bed and the shower was fab, superb water pressure.
