“Amabilidad y buen trato por parte del staff, al momento de elegir la habitacion no me pude percatar que este hotel tiene tarifas por horarios y quizas la diferencia de horarios desde America genero una confusion y me avisaron que el tiempo de estadia habia terminado, pero sin problemas me dejaron quedar hasta la salida de mi vuelo. Tener cuidado al realizar las reservas.”

"Everything was perfect... the staff was very friendly, they strive for an excellent stay, the hotel claims to be 5 stars but deserves much more, easy access to all the places of interest, mall, restaurants, supermarkets, taxis, metro, beautiful views... the conclusion the best trip of our lives and without a doubt when I return I will stay again at Crowne Plaza Festival Dubai, worth every penny invested... thank you!"
