Hoteles cerca de Centro comercial IOI City Mall en Kuala Lumpur

“I would like to share my honest feedback regarding our stay. Unfortunately, the service has been disappointing from the time we arrived. There was a delay in check-in, which I understood given the hotel’s occupancy, and the staff assisting us was accommodating. “Bersih”

“Quiet. Good price.”

“Unfortunately the room was not very clean and the condition was poor. Cracks in walls, tiles missing in the bathroom, loose tap, damaged flooring. “Nice ”

“Bilik bersih dan kemas, kemudahan baik”

“Really quite exceptional. We are from the UK, and found that everything was provided to make us feel at home. The property is very spacious.”

“AWSOME”

“The view very nice”

“It was a peaceful environment with lovely, well maintained grounds including the pool. The rooms were a little dated but were spacious and comfortable. The restaurants and breakfast were excellent. The staff were very helpful and were happy ro solve any issues which arose.”
