“The place made me feel like a child again at my grandma’s. Older home filled with love. Nothing fancy, just a normal simplistic place. The coffee maker didn’t work and the company replaced it within hours. My negatives? The master bedroom next to the bathroom really could use a new mattress. The exterior really needed some love too. “My sisters and I rented this cottage for a 70th birthday celebration. Our family had built a cottage on Cathead more that 65 years ago. It was magical to be there again. First, let me say that the beach was just as beautiful as we all remembered. The water was so clean and clear. And even though it was October, my oldest sister went in for a quick dip! “The house is great. The pictures are accurate and it’s overall very comfortable. The yard and beach are nice especially with little kids. The beach is small but perfect to contain a roaming 4 year old. Quick walk into town and very very quiet. ”

You can travel in any direction for things to do .
