“幫我們辦理入住和退房的員工都非常親切！！ 床非常彈，但睡得很好很舒服。 另外有兩點想建議：廁所不會潮濕，但洗完澡後會煙霧瀰漫很久，鏡子的玻璃水霧氣也久久無法散去，沒有抽風或除濕的設計有點可惜。 二是為了想省能源所以早上出門前把總電源關掉，但同時卻讓房務人員不清楚是否需要打掃，不好意思造成他們的困擾了。感覺這部分飯店方可以再思考怎麼做比較好。最後謝謝你們為了環保不再提供一次性用品，希望寶特瓶跟拖鞋也能跟上，改成有需求才提供這樣。謝謝！”

“Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel while visiting Taipei. It’s only a short walk away from the city’s main transportation hub where the conventional and high-speed rails, the metro system and a train line to the airport all converge. The staff are super courteous and helpful. The room, while small, is clean and functional. One big plus is the complementary self-service laundry.”

“看板に「日式」と記載ありましたが 日本のカプセルホテルより遥かにレベル高いです。 チェックインも男性スタッフの方が完全に日本語対応してくれたので助かりました。 カプセル部分はカプセル内に荷物置きスペースがあるので日本のウサギ小屋型カプセルより広く清潔で快適でした。 ダブルベッドサイズの部屋だったので広すぎるくらいのスペースがありました。 ただ、上段だったので梯子での登り降りが怖くて不便でした。 予約時に上下段の選択が出来るといいのにと思います。 共用スペースは三箇所あり、オシャレでくつろげます。 共用冷蔵庫のあるスペースにはキッチンもあります。お菓子が2種あり無料で食べれます。 チェックアウト後に外に出たら雨だったので、隣の「台湾式おにぎり屋」でおにぎりを買って共用スペースに戻って食事しました。 おにぎりだけ買ったのに、豆乳と煮卵と卵焼きをサービスしてくれて優しいおばちゃんでした。 あと、隣にはファミマもあって便利なロケーションだと思いました。 台北駅もすぐです。”
