“Very nice & modern hotel with a pretty comfy bed ! However the toilet had a few flies and was abit rusty. The aircon isn’t that cold but there’s a fan to make up for it. Amenities such as dental kit and shower gel were provided which is great 👌 Lastly, at night it can be very noisy due to poor soundproofing. There’s a police station opposite and the siren kept ringing non stop 😔😔”

“The property is at a convenient location nd shopping closed by. There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great.”

“The rooms and amenities are excellent for the price, no complaints there. The staff are really friendly and helpful, kudos to them. I had a small hiccup with the room but they handled it professionally. The only downside is that City Square and Komtar are about a 15 mins walk away (not the easiest to navigate) and I had to keep using private hire cars to get there. Nevertheless, I would book with the hotel again. ”

“Property is nice, convenient with some shops and eateries just downstairs. Food selection within walking distance of the area is so-so, not many varieties. The R&F Mall itself is rather quiet, but there are a few pretty good massage shops upstairs that are very reasonably priced. The 3bedroom unit we stayed in is clean, and the view was nice. It was abit noisy in one of the bedrooms facing the busy road leading to the checkpoint. The condo has great amenities. ”
