“Solo que tuvimos que solicitar que hicieran la limpieza de la habitación, si no, ellos no la hacen”

“Soooo we arrived on day 1 to find the cabin hadn't been cleaned after the last occupants. Mildew towels on the carpet, etc. After a series of calls, the cleaning crew came in the evening. Soooo on day 2 we returned from a fun day of activities to find a very nice young family had moved in and were occupying the cabin. Yes, double-booked. After another series of calls and texts, they were relocated. Sooo on day 3 we were told the cabin owner was stopping by to get his boat key while we were out...

“Awesome place had a great time. The bike shop next door was extremely helpful for are stay. Place was very clean a little dated but so I’m I”

“What a joke! Expedia "overbooked" us at another unit. So, this cabin was the apparent cabin we were "upgraded" to due to the mix up. Expedia advised me they had spoken to the owners to guarantee the cabin was available. Well, guess what? When we arrived at 4pm with our tired children, melting food and tired feet, there were three men in our reserved cabin. They began to tell us they had this cabin for another night. It was booked!!! Again?? Really Expedia? I believe the owners knew they were...

“The location is great and centrally located near everything Big Bear has to offer. That said, the property felt under-equipped and poorly maintained. The kitchen item were as cheap as cheap could be and lacked. Several things were broken, such as the toilet seat and blinds. The hot water in the shower was not adequate. Towels, toiletries, were as cheap as kitchen. The bedding, and the bed were not comfortable. This place did not meet the cost. I actually chose to leave before my second night...

“Están muy bonitas y la limpieza impecable, excelente el mantenimiento. Definitivamente volvería ”

“Excelente buen lugar nos la pasamos increíble con la familia ”

“La habitación es limpia grande funcional ”

“El lugar es muy bonito! Buena ubicación, todo funciona perfecto! Es un lugar que parece sacado de un cuento! Hay 2 salas grandes, billar, juegos, jardin muy grande. ”

“The cabin is quite run down. The closet door in the master was broken and there were no hangers to hang anything. Everything was very tired and had seen better days. It felt like we were camping. The highlight for us was the jacuzzi and the football table, which we enjoyed as a family. Needs an update for the price. ”

“Our house wasn’t cleaned before 4pm and the hot tub was not working. We were moved to another property without all the amenities and facilities we paid for. The linens smelled of perfume and not cleaned. We didn’t have enough towels and had to wash after one shower. When I called cool cabins and asked for a refund they didn’t want to communicate with me. They refused to refund me any amount of money. ”

“Esta bonita muy cómoda solo que el sofá cama necesita cambiarse por lo demás esta bien”

“Everything was great except communication with the host. ”

“Very nice house had everything we needed for a nice and cozy stay, hot tub was amazing.”

“This place was not as advertised, and should honestly be taken down as an option to stay at until things get improved or drop the price significantly. It smelled horrible and old. It was freezing. The mattress had stains on it. The hot tub that was advertised was covered in dirt, pine needles and bird poop. The decor is overwhelming and straight from the 60s and not in a charming way. The photos on this site do not represent to the real degree of what this place looked like. I took both videos...
