"While the room looked like it was recently painted I was disappointed to discover it was for a handicapped person without any prior notice. I imagine it impacted the price of the room and perhaps made it cheaper but I would have paid more if I was offered a regular room without the open shower stall. I shared the room with others so I would have liked a closed stall without the water spillage. I didn’t bother asking if other rooms were available due to it being a short trip but in the future we should be told at the booking and upon arrival before checking into the room. "

"this is a basic motel for a 1-2 night stay. Clean, easy parking, lots of retail on main road. "

"If you are looking for peace and quiet in your travels this is the spot. It's a lovely little place off the beaten path. It's clean and extremely comfortable surrounded by beautiful scenery. It's not far from anything. The owners are a lovely couple that live on the property but you never know that they are there. Definitely the first place I will look if I come back to town."

"The cottage was quaint. It was the best supplied one we ever stayed in. It was very clean. The location was perfect to explore Newport, Jamestown, Providence, all the beaches etc. The best part was the hosts Ruth and Kenneth went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. When one of the 3 tvs wasn’t working he brought one of his own over to replace it. We highly recommend staying at the cottage ."

"This was a perfect stay for us. My in-laws are minutes away down Post Rd and Tyler’s property was space for us to land as a family, while also doing the extended family activities over New Years. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the location was quiet. Bonus, we had gorgeous fresh snow on New Years morning. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to rent again. "
