Baranda en los ascensores para adultos mayores, 2.En los pasillos de la habitacion hay mucho olor de humedad por el enciero , debe usar airfreshners, 3.El check es muy lento y deben tener amabilidad para los huespedes ofreciendo le agua y aisnto si fuese asi y hacer le esperar 30 mins en el counter.”

“I feel 3.5* hotel should have the better facility. It is OK level of hotel. One more thing, I searched for hotel with 3 guests, I do not know, how it booked only for 2 guests and made me pay extra at the facility. So my complaint was one about the Hotels.com web site and the second one is about the hotel, not that good. I believe, Hotels.com people should visit and see the hotel, before they add it to their website.”

“Overall good stay for 4 nights from 27th July till 31st. They need to renovate the lobby area and 24 hrs coffee shop area too. Concierge staff Rajan and Lobby Manager Manthan, both of them are real professionals and very helpful in all! Very disappointing with Lobby executive Dev (his full name I dont remember) very arrogant and not professional at all! We found a cockroach in our room and immediately the cleaning staff came with all kinds of stuff to clean! They need to put more attn on rooms...
