“Could have given 5 star to rate if not for a couple of staff in the breakfast area. Though they are nice and courteous some of them lack basic training in communication skills. They are not rude but the way the communicate can irk you. Example: told the greeter I have extra guest for breakfast response was “you know you NEED to pay right?” in a very irritating tone. “The Diane residences is a nice quiet stay. The staff is very accommodating and there is a wonderful little restaurant right next-door as well as a tennis center down the block. It is a ways from major shopping areas, but that can either be a positive or negative depending on whether you want quiet and peace or you want the loud city commotion. “We had an enjoyable stay & even extended for another day. Service was good except for the front desk being late that morning we were extending our stay. Securing guard seems to run the place & really well too. The big disappointment were the appliances in the unit that were not operational - the stove, the microwave & the washer/dryer. The full-size refrigerator was excellent though.”

“The hotel was wonderful. The staff, just everyone so nice. There is a woman who sings and plays acustic guitar at night, very pleasent.
Your in center city so yes traffic but still easy get taxie, shopping mail is only like 8 minutes to walk. It a great place, and yes very hot water for shower.
