Everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff was kind and welcoming. But the best part of our stay was the concierge, Bernie. He helped us with everything from booking excellent restaurants to arranging our train tickets and rental car. He made our trip so easy and enjoyable. Thank you so much, Bernie, for everything you did for us. We hope to come back very soon! If you stay here, be sure to ask for Bernie he’ll take care of everything!

Excelente desayuno, servicio e instalaciones

Los reto a que encuentren una mejor ubicación en Milán para hospedarse. No la van a encontrar. Desde el roof top por la tarde y noche la vista a la catedral es increíble. El hotel es muy peculiar, a mis hijos les encantó el concepto de “ Candy “ El servicio fue excelente, muy amable todo el Staff, la TV nunca logré verla pero para una estancia corta no fue necesario. Los productos del baño está. Increíbles.
