“Lovely property in a nice location with good staff, only improvement could be the housekeeping which isn’t included during your stay which is ok for a short stay but not a long stay when you would assume bed linens, towels, etc and vacuuming carpets would be included at least every few days.”

“Property was very nice, clean, and an excellent location. Great park for walking and biking across the road. A 20 minute walk to the Camberra Center Mall with two grocery stores, plenty of restaurants and shopping.”

“Nice apartment, great location. Some minor maintenance issues but host was super responsive to getting them fixed.”

“Great location with Cafe's and Restaurants a minute walk from the apartment. Great facilities and instructions for entry, exit and garbage disposal very easy to follow. Will definitely stay here next visit to Canberra. Thank you.”

“A fantastic property. The bathrooms however are in need of minor repairs. Towel rails broken/ missing, shower head leaking and shower could use a regrout to eliminate mould in grout and larger shelf. The bathroom does not reflect a five star property. A great shortage of power points causes a need for a lot of extension cords that are not adequate, messy and need to be hooked up for at least one bedside table…potentially dangerous with lots of power boards and extension cords and a trip hazard....

“Amazing stay! Perfect unit and excellent proximity to restaurants and bars as well as walks/ cycling around the lake. Clean unit in perfect condition, plenty of towels and pillows/blankets. Would definitely be booking again when in Canberra next”

“Great spot, excellent communication and service”

“A perfect stay for us.”

“This is a home in a very nice neighborhood. The home is outstanding. The only problem that we had during our stay was that the heating didn’t seem to work very well, but the owners of the property came with space heaters for the property and it was taken care of promptly within a matter of hours. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to rent i”

“Great views and location (access to the lake for walks, Belconnen markets and University of Canberra). The unit was roomy and warm. Unfortunately there was not enough crockery for guests staying for a longer period as we did, and the crockery, cutlery and cookware were pretty poor standard. Checking in and out was a bit of a process but we had very clear instructions. Great to have access to a car park. Would have been handy to have 2 keys to the property for 2 guests.”

“The apartment was great for our family. We have 2 kids under 10yo. It was a comfortable stay for all of us, the location was excellent - very close to the Supamart, cafes and restaurants and was quiet; didn't hear neighbours, in a quiet suburb. We had a great stay!”

“Lovely host, quick to answer messages. The unit was lovely. Clean, comfy beds and very well presented in a quiet area. Had everything we needed. Thank you Helen! Will try and book again for our next visit.”
