“It was satisfactory ”

“La habitación que reservamos no estaba disponible con aire acondicionado como venía en la descripción (justo reservamos ese hotel por la ola de calor) y nos dieron una de menor categoría, no nos regresaron nada por el cambio de tarifa y en la nueva habitación nunca fueron a hacer la limpieza durante las tres noche que estuvimos más que el último día.”

“The sea view was absolutely lovely, the bed was comfortable and the hotel itself has some really nice features. However, there are areas of the hotel that are looking quite tired and in need of some attention. Our room, for example, had a large section of plaster missing from the wall above the window. When you’re paying good money for a hotel stay, you expect the room to be maintained to a decent standard, and this really let it down. I also think the spa charges need to be made much clearer....

“The hotel has clearly been neglected for a long while and has recently changed owners. While the room was clean, it was dark, devoid of personality or decor (but for a weird crypto-bro style painting) and worn down. The hot water was unreliable. I think they should have kept it shut while doing a full refurbishment, even if they missed high season because I suspect they sadly might not survive the reviews. On the flip-side, the location is great (maybe a bit dark on the lower-floor rooms), the...

“Good location!”

“Beautiful studio in an absolute excellent location. Can’t wait to come back!!”

“If you're travelling via train & you're only staying a couple of days this is absolutely perfect. Excellent location literally beside the station & a 15 min stroll down to the beach etc. There's an excellent cafe at the bottom of the street & several bars within a couple of mins. It's pretty compact though, but if you're just using it as a base for your stuff & to kip in, it'll do the job.”

“Exceptional stay, the best staff, room, food everything was wonderful thank you”

“Great location”

“The location was great and check in was smooth but there were many things broken and unusable. The bed was broken the bed slats were so bent it was like laying in a hammock w hips almost touching the floor. Had the pull the mattress onto the floor so as not to injure back while sleeping. The headboard was broken and falling off. The curtains didn't work, couldn't be opened. The fan is broken and doesn't work. There was a coffee maker but only one coffee serving and only one coffee mug. The...

“This property is in disrepair and is not being maintained. One part of the floor is sinking and propped by loose boards. There is an overall smell of mildew/mold throughout the place, and most of the surfaces need a good cleaning. In the bathroom the shower tap is rigged so that you cannot increase the temperature past a moderate level, and the shower door is falling off the frame. I also came across many spiders. ”
