“There was no toilet paper on the holder in the bathroom. After a brief search I found a new roll and installed it on the holder myself. There was a Keurig coffee maker in the room, but no coffee. This is my third stay at this hotel and the second time there has been no coffee in the room. The first time I had to go to the front desk and ask for some, but this time I didn't realize it until the next morning, which was too late to bother with it.”
