“El hotel a pesar de estar en un entorno bonito fue decepcionante, las instalaciones están poco cuidadas y sucias. La piscina estaba muy sucia. El agua caliente de la ducha tardó más de 15 minutos en salir. La limpieza de las habitaciones era escasa, estaba todo lleno de polvo y telarañas. Una pena para lo que podía haber sido ”

“We had issues with our reservation which were not the hotel's fault. Staff was patient and helpful in getting the issues worked out. Five stars seems like not enough for the help they gave when we got there. They had a parking spot for Veterans, the pillows were perfect, the towels were thick, the water pressure and shower head was refreshing, and staff was quick to respond. Breakfast consisted only of muffins, granola bars, and coffee, but all were fresh. It was like management paid...

“We loved how quiet, secluded, and helpful the property owners were! The location was adorable. My six year old son got to fish and hang out on the dock, feed the chickens, etc. we adored it. Alan and Amanda were the best. ”

“Buen hotel cerca de Fort Polk. La limpieza de las habitaciones es excelente. Tiene un pequeno gimnasio y wifi gratuito. El desayuno es suficiente para US, pero podria mejorarse un poco si hablamos de un standard europeo. Personal muy amable, tanto en recepcion como el servicio de limpieza. No tienen bar, por lo que para cenar o tomar algo de beber ahi que salir del hotel.”
