“Had a great stay. No bells and whistles, but just what I needed (clean place to sleep, shower, and Wi-Fi). The room also has a fridge and microwave which means I could warm meals and make coffee.”

“They do not have an elevator and graciously fiund ud a room in the ground floor.”

“The water got stuck in my room’s shower also my partner who was staying there Holme that there were some bugs in his room he didn’t wanted to say anything he was very tired all he wanted was sleep ”

“This is a no frills motel very old very dated and it shows it. Saying that it is the cheapest in the area. My room reaked of moth balls so I had to turn on ac and leave for about an hour to be able to stand the smell of moth balls. It need some serious updating carpets are kind of nasty looking but again it’s not that they were dirty they are just old and def show their age. ”

“The property is old but the rooms have been updated. I was really surprised with the rooms inside. I have stayed at other lodges at Toledo Bend that are old. I did get my moneys worth here. The staff was very friendly and addressed my only problem as soon as I told them. I could not get my tv to work. They had it working in 3 miniutes. ”

“Your rental was perfect for our 4 person group. We love the location, the balconies and warf area were perfect for our cookouts and gathering. Our only complaint, which im sure is out of your control, is that the trash dump is not open in the most convenient hours so we ended up taking trash with us. Other than that we definitely plan to re-visit on our annual outing next may. The VRBO site would not allow me to book that far in advance so i'm hoping i can get this same, great place.”
