“Great customer service. Breakfast service needs to be better. One side of toaster didn’t work and waffle maker didn’t work properly. 3 different sport events going on and breakfast was so unorganized.”

“Unfortunately this is not a great hotel option. The hotel itself (lobby, elevator, hallways) was not clean at all. The room itself would have been an okay option but it was dirty to the point there was red splatter dripping down the wall behind that bed that looked like dry blood. I also unfortunately did not feel safe, I did not feel like it was monitored who was coming in and out of the hotel, with lots of unhoused population hanging around inside and outside.”
