“Good location”

“Had a very nice stay”

“Sadly the pictures offered in the add were NOT at all accurate. The rental is best described as a boys college dorm room. Bare walls, mismatched uncomfortable furniture in the living room and dining room, with patched/holes in walls. The lawn was NOT mowed and there was a 4ft x 4ft section of the deck completely overgrown with poison ivy. All trees and bushes were completely overgrown and the house was the worst looking one in the neighborhood. The only accurate thing about the rental add was...

“The place is very nice and confortable. Everything worked as advertised but we lost a night of sleep due to a fire alarm that started chirping in the middle of the night due to a dead battery and we could not silenced it. The owner took care of it next morning.”

“Loved the property. It was perfect for our family of 4. The condo was beautiful and clean. There was a great restaurant right outside the first floor and the pool was great as well. This was one of our favorite places to stay. Thank you!”

“The Vrbo was very clean. It was in a convenient location. We had a handful of household issues. We reported them to Good night. They responded timely. We hope they fix the minor issues for the next renter. The biggest problem was the trash receptacles. The 5 cans were full when we arrived on Monday. They were supposed to be picked up on Saturday. The house did have 3 levels. All renters should be aware of all the steps. We would stay here again.”
