“The property was right in the middle of the city center and was a walking distance to many sightseeing spots. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. One thing we should mention is that the properly description said the parking was on site, but there was no parking. It was extremely difficult to find a parking space on the street nearby. We had to drive around and walk almost 10 minutes to the properly each time. It was not easy with large suitcases. We did not hear...

“This small apartment is perfectly appointed and perfectly located. It's a 3rd floor walk up, just a few buildings down from the famous Capo Market, toward the end, and a short walk to either the Palermo Cathedral or Teatro Massimo. The apartment is in a "real" Palermo neighborhood, not touristy - you'll hear the sounds of Italian wafting up through the back window from neighbors walking around (we were able to keep the window open for the entirety of our October stay, the weather was perfect)....

“This apartment overall was good and centrally located. For the price paid, it’s what you would expect. It was clean and had a private parking spot which you could pay for (25euro a day). We didn’t use the kitchen to cook but found it wasn’t very well equipped with supplies if you did want to cook your own food. Rooms were big and had great AC, but the apartment is definitely in need of some upkeep everywhere (loose/missing tiles, water damage on the wall, bathrooms left much to be desired)....

Solo ofrece café no incluye desayuno. Subiendo las gradas llega al Palacio y la calle peatonal para ir a la Catedral y Quattro Canti en Palermo. ”

“Très bien situé pour visiter Palerme à pied. Pouvoir garder sa voiture dans la résidence est un véritable atout dans cette ville. L appartement est très confortable et très fonctionnel. Il est très bien insonorisé. Nous sommes arrivés très tard le soir, et quelqu un de la famille du propriétaire a pu malgré tout nous accueillir ! Super !”

“The location was excellent, close to the marina, city attractions and restaurants. Having a parking garage was a huge plus. The space was large and comfortable, with convenient kitchen and laundry facilities. Calagero couldn’t have been more kind and helpful. Made our time in Palermo thoroughly enjoyable.”

“We were on bikes and Patrizia was very accommodating, letting us store them safely. Don’t let the exterior fool you, the flat is very updated, clean, has coffee, and a great terrace. A 10min walk to the historical area, cafes and grocery stores close by.”
