“Our stay was amazing. Patrick was extremely helpful explaining the property and showing us to our room. You could just see the attention to detail in every element of the property, from the beautiful landscaping to all the amenities in the room. I will definitely be coming back.”
“It was a clean and comfortable hotel, which is perfect for a short stay before flying from Lisbon airport. The room met all our needs, although it was on the small side, espcially the bathroom.
However, it doesnt have staff on site, so when we arrived prior to our scheduled arrival time, we were unable to gain entry into the hotel and there is not anywhere within walking distance to eat and drink.”
“The Good: Wonderful homely place all the staff are lovely. What an amazing location high above the Duoro River below. Great wine ( goes without saying !!) Although a little isolated the availability of the evening snack menu was great and a fitting and substantial addition to the wine.
Pinhao is about 25 minute drive away, but there are many restaurants there.
The Bad: Parking is available but yes it’s very narrow and sometimes a bit of a log jam.
