“Apartment was very tidy and plenty of room and would probably stay there again. The only issues were that the shower constantly dribbled all night (needs new washer). Car parking was good the first night. Someone took our park the second night. We had to park on the street. 2 or 3 broken cars around the property made it look untidy. ”

“Maintenance needed. No bowls, 1 teaspoon, 1 dinner plate, no dishcloth. Shower hose leaking, toilet seat broken, no coat hangers. Dirty wall. Otherwise ok.”

“This is a very new property, clean and fresh. Not too far from central business district. Would come back again. The collection of keys are right outside the building in the bike rack. Dont get lost or go anywhere else. ”

“We were in Newcastle for our daughter's hockey tournament. The apartment was close in proximity to the hockey fields with plenty of restaurants around. The amenities and space in the apartment was perfect for drying wet uniforms too. Beds were comfy. Check in process easy and security was great. There was always on street parking available too. Overall a really good experience. Thank you.”

“The apartment was a good size and had all the basics for what you need for a stay. A little confusing when you get there with a couple of entrances, open parking etc but communication from the management company was very good. I would definitely stay again. Professional and a very central location. ”

“Check in is a nightmare. Messages from 2 different mobile numbers, requests for details (phot of ID and selfies) outside of Hotels app and has to download another app to be able to access in addition to 2 codes for the entry doors. Key fob provided only once in the apartment and if you don’t have this you still need the separate app and 1 of the 2 codes. Advertised as a 3 bedroom and when we went upstairs to set up the cot in a room, the 3rd bedroom is a study nook at the top of the stairs...

“Clean and spacious 1 bedroom unit.Basic tea/coffee/milk supplied only.No response from the agent to my message enquiry regarding parking. Needed to chase up the leasing agent for access to the unit as the information wasn't automatically forwarded but both times I could speak with someone that was able to give me the necessary information. Great for an overnight stay and met our needs perfectly.”
