“Todo perfecto 👌 ”

“We booked a double room We receive a double room but in the roof level which means the ceiling was very low and although I’m only 170 cm we knocked up our head many times and had to remember to walk and bend - it was terrible. I asked another room but they were full and we had to suffer our entire stay. There was no cleaning and change of towels for the entire stay. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. The gym which was very important to us to work out daily was ok but some of the...

“Kaszelewskiego 1 locates right in the city centre of Zakopane. It is 30 minutes walk from train & main bus station, and a few minutes to the walking street. Taking Uber is much faster though. The room is clean and tidy with a kitchen and proper dining table. I am impressed with the provision of an expresso brewer. The bedroom only accommodates a double bed which is good enough. Check-in & check-out are self service with very clear instructions by email. Staff can be contacted by WhatsApp with...

“This apartment is so perfect as it was so central plus we had private parking. The interior is gorgeous including the kitchen with coffee machine and toaster, a rain shower in the bathroom and a swivel tv in the lounge/bedroom. Ample space plus an outside sitting area. We had 3 nights there and could have stayed longer. The breakfast was delivered to the door and it was different every day and so much. We loved it thank you so much. ”

“Very disappointed with their customer service. We had an emergency and they had no compassion for cancellation. The building is ugly, but that is not very important! We were very stressed out because of their lack of heart!”

“Excelente ubicación y el lugar precioso”

“Piscina con demasiada gente y no da para relajarse. El resto del hotel espectacular.”

“Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Thank you for some much needed relaxation.”

“Ok”

“Buen hotel y excelente baño ”

“Best location in Zakopane. Close to hiking trails. Close to the commercial center of town. Swimming pool, or two. Spa. Play room for children.. views of Giewont from many rooms. Balconies in some rooms. Excellent and very elaborate buffet breakfast until 11 AM (!) Nearby restaurant Karczma Biały Potok. A little further, but not to be missed, Karczma Czarci Jar. When in the commercial center do not miss STRH, and it is easy to miss.”

“The staff is not qualified for them job,no experience and they don't show no interest to give a good service starting from reception till restaurant The food wasn't great, you don't have really what to choose, nearly same food everyday”
