You will particularly like to enjoy the terraces (one side North and one South side), the song of the cicadas and the private garden of the apartment which offer a beautiful sight on the mountains as well as on the beaches of the coastline of COSTA VERDE, in front of Tuscany Islands.
The kitchen is fully equipped, includes toaster, oven, gas hob, coffee machine, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. You will benefit from a corner meal for 4 people (+ stone counter), and you will be able to savor your meals on one of the terraces (living room of garden 4 places, barbecue, parasol ...)
The seating area is equipped with a sofa and an armchair, and a TV, which will serve relaxation after a busy day.
The apartment has a heater and air conditioning.
The master bedroom has a double bed, great comfort, a bathroom with a walk-in shower (jets of water) composed of travertine with a stone basin (linen: towels, sheets are set provision), as well as a large dressing room for storing your belongings. The room overlooks a small terrace of a private garden. A cot is available free of charge upon request.
