Lake Trasimeno at 30 km is ideal for a swim. There is a tennis court and horse riding at 7 km and a supermarket and restaurant at 800 m.

The air conditioning gives a relaxing atmosphere inside. The living room is perfect to lounge with a warm fireplace. The balcony on the first floor gives magnificent views. The kids are provided with a cot and high chair for a small fee. The terrace and garden is relaxing with a barbecue.
