“The property is right on the beach near the fishermans village which is great but it is a long walk or a Grab/Bolt ride to everything else. The Villas/Bungalows are large and quite modern. The bathrooms are beautiful and the bed is comfy. The private Jaccuzzi in the courtyard is a nice touch. The staff were all absolutely amazing and took great care of us during our brief 3 night stay. If you are after a quiet getaway its perfect. If you want to explore Cha Am and visit the night markets etc...

“Nice atmosphere. It was a very quiet stay there.”

“Der er kun et håndklæde pr. person, savner mindre håndklæde og evt vaskeklud. Et håndklæde er ikke meget, når det også skal bruges ved poolen. Morgenmad var ok, men det er mest varme retter. Ingen ost eller omelet, dog toastbrød”

“If you are wanting a quiet getaway with long morning beach walks, this is the place”

“Room was large, bed very comfortable. Nice private balcony. First hotel in 2 weeks that we were able to have ultra hot shower. Breakfast was a fabulous with heaps of dishes to choose from, pick from poached, fried or fresh made omelette. Location fabulous being right across the road from the beach. All staff were wonderful”

“Poolen hade för lite vatten så pumpen stod still med allt som det innebär. Lugnt område. Kun gjorde det bäst thai kaffet till frukost.”

“Breakfast wasn’t available and was difficult to find due to slow season”

“Great location great room & staff can’t fault it”

“EXCELLENT deal, great location, nice hot pot, fridge and AC. Comfortable and clean with helpful courteous staff. The free breakfast was a surprise bonus - that we couldn't take advantage of because of early tours and train schedule. My only complaint would be the loud music from the bars down the street - but even that was muffled enough for me to get a decent night's sleep.”

“Hotel difícil para descansar, justo al lado hay un karaoke al aire libre. La cama es incomoda y el desayuno pésimo. Es caro y malo. ”

“I enjoyed my stay at The Beach Cha-Am Guest House. It is a very good hotel for its value. The hotel faces onto the street on the main street off the beach road in Cha Am. The rooms are pretty and the one I stayed in had a king bed. The bathrooms, like many older properties in the area, could use an update on the bathrooms, although they are large and have open showers with handle shower heads. The hotel provides beach towels for use at no cost. Just make sure you are a good guest and return it....

“Ikke svømme basseng som lovet fungerte”

“Great little gem of a find.. realy enjoyed our time here, low cost but realy nice chalets within walking distance of everything highly recommend. The staff very polite and helpful too 🙏”
