  • This 1100 sq ft gem is located just 3 blocks from the center of town and the historic Chagrin Falls viewing area. The original structure features exposed hand cut beams from the 1800's and its charm continues down to the rustic flooring. After appreciating the historic elements, you'll enjoy the remaining areas that have been completely updated and ready for your rest and relaxation. Sip your coffee from the front porch or walk to shopping and dining. You cannot beat the location!

    Exterior Features include a back yard patio, front porch with swing and Adirondack chairs, and private driveway for parking.

    Interior Amenities include wi-fi, a full kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, and a washer and dryer for guest usage. Spot cleaning supplies will be provided by request for guests with longer stays.

Wonderfully clean and well furnished home that was super comfortable. The location is superb…walkable to great shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and a nice grocery store.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. It was exactly as pictured and very clean. This home is located in the most charming little town I never knew existed. I can’t wait to visit again. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance as well.

Haven by the Falls

This was a family visit to the area. We are familiar with Chagrin Falls and the location was perfect for walking and enjoying the shops and restaurants.

Beautiful, clean house in the perfect location! We had a fun, relaxing and holiday fun-filled weekend. We would love to stay here again, perhaps next year to see the popcorn ball drop!

We had a great stay. The place was clean and comfortable and easy to find. Close to town with many great dining options and shopping. We had a busy agenda so we didn't spend a ton of time on site, but everything we needed was there and easy to access. The beds were comfortable and shower was great. The only feature we didn't absolutely love was that the narrow driveway doesn't allow you to turn around so you have to back onto the road to leave. However, it's easy to see, there wasn't much traffic and we never had a problem getting out safely. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location to enjoy downtown Chagrin Falls. Very cute house, clean, comfortable and love that it was pet friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

We were up here for my cousin's daughter's wedding and decided to do a VRBO instead of a hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed having our own private space driveway. The property was fantastic. Got to remember this house was built in 1900 but everything inside has been updated. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Cozy Convenient Space

We were visiting family in Chagrin Falls and this place was perfect for us! We were able to bring our pets and stay so close to town. The house was welcoming, clean and well equipped for a longer stay. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be interested in staying again in the future.

Great location

The house was just as described. Loved having the porch to sit out on in the afternoon and mornings. Beds were comfortable. You cannot beat the proximity to the main street. So many shops and restaurants.

Overall our stay was excellent. I would recommend some instructions for operating the TV and streaming. We had difficulty locating the live channels. This cottage is lovely and in a great location for walking to the center of town.

Great host, ideal location, lovely home!

We loved staying at Michael’s charming home in the heart of Chagrin! We could walk everywhere and it was always nice to come “home” to the clean, well-kept home. Michael is a friendly and accommodating host! We look forward to renting this home again when we return to visit family & friends! Thank you, Michael, for making your home available.

Perfect location in Chagrin!

Located on a sweet street within walking distance of the Popcorn Shop, The Falls, and beautiful downtown Chagrin Falls, Michael’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway. The house was clean, had everything you need, with comfy beds and couch. Enjoyed coffee on the front porch while relaxing in the adirondack chairs. I would definitely rebook again. Thanks for the great hospitality!

Pros: location near downtown and the falls, charming ambience, cute character home with darling front porch. Cons: some needed deferred maintenance/deep cleaning in bathroom (broken and molding baseboards), need for more hooks/shelves in bathroom for personal items, would be nice to have a curtain on glass front door (feel a bit on display to passers by), basement IMO is not set up for guest use. The washer dryer are new but the basement needs cleaning and at the minimum a fresh coat of floor paint. I have a 100yo house so I get that it won't be finished or glamorous but it's too scary and dirty in its current state. Some info on how to recycle would be helpful.

Nice place

Nice place, would stay again. We traveled with two small children and we were able to fit two pack and plays in the one bedroom. It was tight but worked well. The other bedroom does not have enough space for a pack and play. Location was great, a short walk to town to see the Falls.
