Reserve your stay in this peaceful, rustic cottage nestled in the mountains on beautiful Lac Unique in pristine Haut-Madawaska, New Brunswick. Enjoy the serenity of this out-of-the-way getaway tucked away in the heart of God’s country.

Comfortable, wood-panelled chalet fronting on Lac Unique. Features two bedrooms with double beds, a living room with fireplace and TV, a full kitchen, and a bathroom with shower and laundry facilities. Enjoy the view of the lake from the large enclosed sunroom or stroll the half-acre property and take a dip in the lake from our private beach!

Guests will have the entire chalet to themselves and can enjoy the property and lake.

To maintain the peaceful atmosphere and protect the natural environment, we do not allow any events or parties, nor do we permit any tents, structures, or vehicles on the grass. No more than four people are allowed on the property at any time - day or night.

Lac Unique is a small freshwater lake in the northwestern panhandle of New Brunswick, Canada. Fishing, swimming, boating, and hiking are all popular activities. The chalet is located on the west side of the lake along a narrow, gravel road cut through the woods. There is a public park, boat launch, and dock on the east side of the lake.

High-speed Starlink internet is provided along with VOIP telephone service with North America calling for free. Cell phone service is sparse in this region.

Nearby attractions and amenities within a 15-minute drive include several historic churches and shrines, public beaches at Lac Baker and Lac Jerry, a miniature pioneer village, grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. Local festivals and special events take place throughout the year, including the Lac Baker Chamber Music Festival and the Noël Chez Papi Christmas Light Display.
