“Very helpful and friendly staff”

“I wouldn't advise anyone to even consider this place, I was basically abandoned for 6 days, the agency phone always went unanswered, the bathroom is filthy with mould growing on the blinds and there was hair left in the shower, the shower is dangerous as it's practically impossible to get into because its so high, no slip mat if things go wrong. Cleaning is promised on a daily basis, someone turned up once. There's nothing in the place to clean up after yourself not even a broom or dustpan and...

“The property was very clean and inviting. You can tell some of the rooms had just been built so there was a very clean and new feeling to the place. The room had everything we needed, and it was located in a perfect area close to many shops and restaurants, but it was also hidden and away from the noisy street. The host was very kind and checked in on us; they also helped with recommendations and helped answer any questions I had very quickly.”

“So everything was fine, the problem is that there is a lot of noise in this area because there is construction going on around it. And there is a lot of noise from cars from the main road, but inside the rooms it is very pleasant to be, when of course the windows are closed, the air conditioning is really fantastic. So overall we were very satisfied. The hotel staff and the dining room are commendable.”
