Chalet Silva is situated in the idyllic and peaceful village of Le Tour, at the very top of the Chamonix Valley.
Just 3km from Argentiere, the chalet is only 20m from the Vormaine beginners ski area and 200 metres from the BRAND-NEW for DECEMBER 2022 Le Balme Telecabin. With ski to the door access, ideal for two families or similar groups, it offers spacious, chalet accommodation, with a sauna so you can soothe any aching muscles from a day in the mountains. The chalet sleeps 8-12 in four bedrooms and on a mezzanine level.

The main living space is situated on the first floor and uses plenty of wood to create a cosy rustic atmosphere. At one end of the room there are sliding glass doors the lead onto a spacious balcony with wonderful views along the valley. Back inside, you'll find large comfortable sofas where you can stretch out and relax in the evening next to the wood-burning stove, listening to the chalet album collection or your own music choices on the Denon music system. Set back from the sitting area is the large wooden dining table and fully equipped kitchen.

Above the main living area is a mezzanine level which acts as a second living room or extra bedroom area. There are two sofas, a 40" Smart TV that has French & UK TV channels, Netflix and other streaming services. There is also a large collection of DVD and Blu-ray films along with a selection of children's toys and classic books in English and French. There is also a musical corner with an Aria acoustic guitar, Kala Ukulele and Yamaha Keyboard, together with music books for all instruments. The two sofas can be set up as one double and two single sofa beds which can be used when sleeping up to 12 guests.

For relaxation after a full day on the mountain, guests can soothe any aching muscles and unwind in the Chalet Silva's private sauna.

The chalet includes free WiFi access and there are dedicated workspace desks in the main living area, on the Mezzanine and in the master bedroom. Whilst for your added convenience there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, secure ski room and underground parking in two garages with EV charging capability.

Guest access - Guests will have exclusive use of the chalet and all the facilities, including the sauna. There is a lockable ski room in the underground carpark along with two garages, both of which have 16amp electric plug points for car charging with a height of 2.2m. The electric garage door gives direct accesses the public road, which is cleared of snow by the local authorities.
